CLOTHING SIZE
To know the size of a t-shirt or sweatshirt, I recommend measuring your body with the help of a measuring tape. Take the distance between armpits at chest height and then compare the equivalence in the table.
If you hesitate between two sizes, I recommend choosing the larger of the two.
For example, if your body measures 42 cm (between the armpits), your size will be S.

RING SIZE
To know your ring size, I recommend choosing a ring that you have and suits you well. With the help of a tape measure or ruler, measure its diameter. Once you have the average diameter in millimeters, compare the equivalence in the table.
If you hesitate between two sizes, I recommend choosing the larger of the two.
For example, if your ring measures 16 mm (inner diameter), your size will be 12.
